What we do

Practical help, delivered in person

Our team travels to homesteads and communities across Eswatini to deliver what families actually need. Every distribution is sorted, packed and handed over by our own volunteers.

Humanitarian aid and relief

Food, clothing and household essentials for vulnerable families, elderly residents and households in crisis.

Community development

Programmes that build self-reliance rather than dependency, developed with communities instead of delivered to them.

Education support

School support and scholarship assistance so that a family's circumstances do not decide a child's future.

Who we are

Compassion, backed by governance

Ubuntu Care and Connect exists to improve the well-being of vulnerable individuals and communities through compassionate care, sustainable development, education, food security and strategic partnerships.

We want resilient, empowered communities where every individual has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope and purpose. The organisation is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under a documented policy and procedures framework.
